• To promote apprenticeship and CBT&A to develop skills of poor and disadvantage people;

• To adopt governance and gender policy ;
• To Facilitate join venture establishment;
• Policy Advocacy for Agro-food sector.
• Establish and promote One Stop Service Centre;
• Skill development through Apprenticeship , CBT & A;
• Promote industry demand driven training courses, high performance productivity tools: KIZEN;
• Strengthen institutional capacity to ensuring governance and gender equity ;
• Develop public- private partnership (PPP) in Agro Food Sector ;
• Establish Advisory Service cell for Agro Food Industries.
